My name is John S. Oliver.
I am the founder of Four Bridges Ministry.

I am neither a student nor graduate of the seminary where I work. This amazes many who talk with me or read my essays.
I graduated from high school in 1971. I attended Georgia Tech for 3 years majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Later I attended Houston Baptist University for 2 semesters majoring in Education and Christianity. It would take at least 2 years to earn a bachelors degree because my credits were in different degree plans.
I have prayed about getting a bachelors degree many times and never felt led by Jesus Christ.
I have been self-educated. Most of this has come from Christian radio. Also there have been hundreds of books, tapes and videos. God has used media mostly to teach me.
