I am on a path to Launch Day that will hopefully happen early in January 2006.
That is the big day that the professionally developed web site is opened to the public having gone through suitable testing and promotion.

The fund raising goal for the Strong Start Capital Campaign is $40,000. This goes equally into four areas: 10K for consultants, 10K for web developers 10K for hardware and software and 10K for initial payroll. Here is a brief explanation http://tinyurl.com/7fsxg
By the nature of this kind of ministry much can be done before the whole sum is raised. The wise way to leverage the initial money to bring in the rest is 1) to hire experts to develop a simple and short DVD that will point to an attractive web site 2) also hire those who will write the initial business plan for the ministry.
As the founder I am seeking a salary of $24,000. per year. I believe that is very reasonable income for the founder of a start up ministry.
Due to the previous abuses of the leaders of Christian and secular nonprofits over the years I appreciate that my income could be an issue. As another layer of accountability and to prevent possible troubles in this area I will share my personal financial reports with 5 trusted persons.
The books of the ministry will be open to inspection to anyone that requests.
