Many of my friends have graduated. I have witnessed them make the abrupt transition from studies to seeking employment. The transition and the critical career change are difficult. This motivates me to also move forward on preparing a way to give them a basic web page where they can post much more than they can afford to mail. They can publish a variety of photos and samples of their teachings in text and audio format. Hopefully by this time next year the Incubator facet of the web platform will be in full use.
